I created Winter sessions to give you space to relax and rejuvenate during the Winter.
It can be a tough season and I want you to show up as you are (even if you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, or low energy).
Winter Series kicks off December 6th with a workshop on stress and breathing, followed by Mind Body Self Compassion, and ending with a Yoga Nidra Winter Vision session.
I will lead you in a variety of mindfulness, breathing, and imagery practices- as well as some gentle movement and journaling prompts.
You will feel more grounded, refreshed, and calm after a session. You will also have practices you can continue on your own to continue the stress relief effects.
