Emerge from Overwhelm

​

​

The Emerge from Overwhelm coaching program offers time and space to unwind stress from your body and mind. We will work together using a variety of techniques to gently increase awareness, infuse your daily life with nourishing practices, and practice flowing with what comes up.

​

During this 14 week comprehensive coaching program, we will address your health goals, and create a holistic wellness vision.  There are up to eight sessions in the 14 week program held via video conference, during which we'll review your week, discuss any obstacles or challenges you may have encountered pertaining to your goals, and create actionable steps for the upcoming week.  We will also practice stress reduction techniques including breathing exercises, mindfulness, and Guided Imagery.

 

Following our check-in sessions, I will provide you with a written summary highlighting your progress and any goals or actions you've set for the upcoming week.  I will also provide you with recommended resources including articles, videos, books and more.  I am available in between sessions to answer questions and offer additional support and positive accountability as needed.

Yoga Coaching Program

​

​If you have been dreaming of creating (or re-creating) a yoga personal practice this coaching program is for you!

​

This program includes up to six (60 minute) sessions in eight weeks to develop a 30-minute yoga routine that fits your wellness goals, and the accountability and coaching to implement the routine and maintain it. Sessions are held online. If you are local to the SF Bay Area there is a hybrid option.

What's included

  • In-depth intake session to learn about goals and styles of movement

  • Follow up session to practice routine together, answer questions, and adjust routine

  • Recording of routine

  • Accountability plan

  • Yoga routine includes: poses, breathing techniques, mudras, and meditation
