I am excited to be offering a live webinar series as we enter Winter. I am presenting and leading sessions on stress relief, mindfulness, and Yoga Nidra. These sessions will be 45 minutes and will include a brief overview of the topic and most of the time will be spent experiencing the relaxation technique. My intention is to create a space in your day for rest and rejuvenation. There will also be time to find out more about Winter Group, my virtual group coaching program that meets weekly throughout Winter.
